Patrick Melville (Adrian)
Patrick Melville’s recent work includes the season premiere of NBC’s “Law & Order,” ABC’s “All My Children,” and productions of the New York premiere of Charles Mee’s “Time to Burn” (Tertius Hodgson) and Maxim Gorky’s “The Lower Depths” (Satine) at the Manhattan Ensemble Theater. Other New York theatre work includes “The Importance of Being Earnest” (Algernon), “Cockfighters” (CD Fowler), “Of Mice and Men” (Carlson), “The Winter’s Tale” (Polixenes), “Twelfth Night” (Orsino), “Blood Wedding” (The Moon), “Arms and the Man” (Sergius Saranoff), “Much Ado About Nothing” (Benedick), and “As You Like It” (Jaques).

Jana Robbins (Janice)
Jana Robbins has appeared in leading roles on Broadway in GOOD NEWS, I LOVE MY WIFE, CRIMES OF THE HEART, ROMANCE/ROMANCE, GYPSY - where she played Mazeppa (the bump it with a trumpet stripper) while standing by for Tyne Daly as Mama Rose (40 performances), and THE TALE OF THE ALLERGIST’S WIFE where she stood by and went on many times for both Linda Lavin (Valerie Harper) and Michele Lee. When “ALLERGIST’S WIFE”, went on National Tour after it’s Broadway run, Jana replaced Michele Lee and co-starred across the country opposite Valerie Harper. Other National Tours include Ethel in FOOTLOOSE and Aldonza in MAN OF LA MANCHA with Jose Ferrer.

A versatile actress, her long list of Off-Broadway and repertory credits include both straight plays and musicals. Some of her favorite roles have been, Maggie in CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF, Lady in ORPHEUS DECENDING, Dr. Livingstone in AGNES OF GOD, Rosie in BYE BYE BIRDIE, and The Leader in ZORBA, just to name a few.

She’s been seen on TV as a guest star in CHEERS, ROSEANNE, BABYLON 5, JAG, and LAW AND ORDER among others. Jana had recurring roles on ONE LIFE TO LIVE and GENERAL HOSPITAL, and just recently appeared on CRIMINAL INTENT.

Her film credits include THE LAST DAYS OF FRANKIE THE FLY with Dennis Hopper and Keifer Sutherland, EXECUTIVE TARGET with Michael Madsen and Roy Schieder, and HAUNTED HEART with Olympia Dukakis.

Jana’s one-woman show - ONE HELL OF A RIDE! (The songs of Cy Coleman) has played cabarets and theaters across the country to great reviews, and her newest cabaret show GYPSY IN MY SOUL has received rave reviews in New York where it opened the Midtown Cabaret Festival and just completed a run at Helen’s. Victor L. Cahn (Playwright)
Victor L. Cahn has written numerous plays, including ROSES IN DECEMBER (produced Off-Broadway by Urban Stages), GETTING THE BUSINESS, EMBRACEABLE ME (which will be given an up-coming Off-Broadway staging), and OF MY FATHER'S HOUSE (all produced by Theater Voices of Albany), SHEEPSKIN/BOTTOM OF THE NINTH (one-act plays produced Off-Broadway by Prism Theater), and the one-woman piece A DISH FOR THE GODS. He wishes to thank Curtain Call Theatre of Latham, NY, for help in the development of FIT TO KILL. Victor graduated from Columbia College, and earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in English from New York University. He is Professor of English at Skidmore College and the author of books on Shakespeare, Tom Stoppard, and Harold Pinter. His articles and reviews have appeared in such diverse publications as Modern Drama, The Literary Review, The New York Times, and Variety.

Eric Parness (Director)
Eric Parness is the Artistic Director of Resonance Ensemble, a company dedicated to developing new interpretations of classic theatre, where he has directed productions of Gorky’s The Lower Depths, Sophocles’ Antigone, and the world premiere of Strange Bedfellows by Bruce Cohen. Other directing credits include Oberon Theatre Ensemble’s productions of Measure for Measure, Of Mice and Men, The Winter’s Tale, and Finding Louise; Hypothetical Theatre Company’s Kryptonite City and Faith; Blood Wedding (Boomerang Theatre Company); Zimmerman(Sanford Meisner Theater); and new work with adobe theatre company, Ensemble Studio Theatre and Vital Theater Company. He has also directed educational theatre for Stern College and Brandeis University. Eric served as Assistant to Artistic Director Curt Dempster of Ensemble Studio Theatre, where he was also the assistant director on Dempster’s projects, and is currently the Associate to the Artistic Director of Theater for a New Audience, where he was the assistant director on Bartlett Sher’s production of Pericles. Eric also assisted on La Mama’s production of Mario Fratti’s Passionate Women. He is a graduate of Brandeis University and the Lincoln Center Theater's Directors Lab.
